27 And they returned, every man of Judah and Jerusalem, with Jehoshaphat at their head, to go back to Jerusalem with joy, for YHWH had made them rejoice over their enemies. 28 And they came to Jerusalem with harps and lyres and trumpets to the house of YHWH. 29 And the fear of God was on all the kingdoms of the lands in their hearing that YHWH had fought against the enemies of Israel. 30 And the kingdom of Jehoshaphat was quiet, for his God gave rest to him all around. 31 And Jehoshaphat was king over Judah, a son of thirty-five years in his reigning, and twenty-five years he reigned in Jerusalem. And the name of His mother was Azubah the daughter of Shilhi. 32 And he walked in the way of his father Asa and did not turn aside from it, doing what was right in the eyes of YHWH. 33 Nevertheless, the high places were not taken away, and still the people did not establish their hearts to the God of their fathers. 34 And the rest of the acts of Jehoshaphat, the first and the last, indeed they are written in the records of Jehu son of Hanani, which is taken up in the Book of the Kings of Israel. 35 And after this Jehoshaphat king of Judah joined with Ahaziah king of Israel; he acted wickedly in so doing. 36 And he allied himself with him to make ships to go to Tarshish, and they made the ships in Ezion-geber. 37 And Eliezer son of Dodavah of Mareshah prophesied against Jehoshaphat, saying, “For your joining yourself with Ahaziah, YHWH has destroyed your works.” And the ships were wrecked, and they were not able to go to Tarshish. 2 Chronicles 20:27-37, Berean Literal Bible.
