4 Now there were cliffs on both sides of the pass that Jonathan (YHWH has given) intended to cross to reach the Philistine (immigrants) outpost. One was named Bozez (surpassing white) and the other Seneh (thorny). 5 One cliff stood to the north toward Michmash (hidden), and the other to the south toward Geba (hill). 6 Jonathan (YHWH has given) said to the young man bearing his armor, “Come, let us cross over to the outpost of these uncircumcised men.
