Once you spoke in a vision, to your faithful people you said: “I have bestowed strength on a warrior; I have raised up a young man from among the people.
20	I have found My servant David; with My sacred oil I have anointed him.	I have found David, my servant; with my holy oil I have anointed him,	I have found David my servant; with my holy oil have I anointed him:	“I have found My servant David; With My holy oil I have anointed him,	I have found David my servant; with my sacred oil I have anointed him.
21	My hand will sustain him; surely My arm will strengthen him.	so that my hand shall be established with him; my arm also shall strengthen him.	With whom my hand shall be established: mine arm also shall strengthen him.	With whom My hand will be established; My arm also will strengthen him. 22	No enemy will exact tribute; no wicked man will oppress him.	The enemy shall not outwit him; the wicked shall not humble him. 29	I will establish his line forever, his throne as long as the heavens endure.	I will establish his offspring forever and his throne as the days of the heavens. 30	If his sons forsake My law and do not walk in My judgments,	If his children forsake my law and do not walk according to my rules,	If his children forsake my law, and walk not in my judgments;	“If his sons abandon My Law And do not walk in My judgments,	“If his sons forsake my law and do not follow my statutes,
31	if they violate My statutes and fail to keep My commandments,	if they violate my statutes and do not keep my commandments,	If they break my statutes, and keep not my commandments;	If they violate My statutes And do not keep My commandments,	if they violate my decrees and fail to keep my commands,
32	I will attend to their transgression with the rod, and to their iniquity with stripes.	then I will punish their transgression with the rod and their iniquity with stripes,	Then will I visit their transgression with the rod, and their iniquity with stripes.	Then I will punish their wrongdoing with the rod, And their guilt with afflictions.	I will punish their sin with the rod, their iniquity with flogging;
33	But I will not withdraw My loving devotion from him, nor ever betray My faithfulness.	but I will not remove from him my steadfast love or be false to my faithfulness.	Nevertheless my lovingkindness will I not utterly take from him, nor suffer my faithfulness to fail.	“But I will not withhold My favor from him, Nor deal falsely in My faithfulness.	but I will not take my love from him, nor will I ever betray my faithfulness.
34	I will not violate My covenant or alter the utterance of My lips.	I will not violate my covenant or alter the word that went forth from my lips.	My covenant will I not break, nor alter the thing that is gone out of my lips.	“I will not violate My covenant, Nor will I alter the utterance of My lips.
