2 From the lips of babes and infants you have established strength, because of your adversaries, that you might silence the enemy and the avenger. Out of the mouth of babies and infants, you have established strength because of your foes, to still the enemy and the avenger. Through the praise of children and infants you have established a stronghold against your enemies, to silence the foe and the avenger.
3 When I consider your heavens, the work of your fingers, the moon and the stars, which you have ordained, When I look at your heavens, the work of your fingers, the moon and the stars, which you have set in place, When I consider your heavens, the work of your fingers, the moon and the stars, which you have set in place,
4 what is man, that you think of him? What is the son of man, that you care for him? what is man that you are mindful of him, and the son of man that you care for him? what is mankind that you are mindful of them, human beings that you care for them?
5 For you have made him a little lower than the angels, and crowned him with glory and honor. Yet you have made him a little lower than the heavenly beings and crowned him with glory and honor. You have made them a little lower than the angels and crowned them with glory and honor.
