| 1 | לַ֝מְנַצֵּ֗חַ לְדָוִ֥ד לְהַזְכִּֽיר׃ אֱלֹהִ֥ים לְהַצִּילֵ֑נִי יְ֝הוָ֗ה לְעֶזְרָ֥תִי חֽוּשָֽׁה׃ | Make haste, O God, to deliver me! O LORD, make haste to help me! | For the director of music. Of David. A petition. Hasten, O God, to save me; come quickly, LORD, to help me. | |
| 2 | יֵבֹ֣שׁוּ וְיַחְפְּרוּ֮ מְבַקְשֵׁ֪י נַ֫פְשִׁ֥י יִסֹּ֣גוּ אָ֭חוֹר וְיִכָּלְמ֑וּ חֲ֝פֵצֵ֗י רָעָתִֽי׃ | Let them be put to shame and confusion who seek my life! Let them be turned back and brought to dishonor who delight in my hurt! | May those who want to take my life be put to shame and confusion; may all who desire my ruin be turned back in disgrace. | |
| 3 | יָ֭שׁוּבוּ עַל־ עֵ֣קֶב בָּשְׁתָּ֑ם הָ֝אֹמְרִ֗ים הֶ֘אָ֥ח ׀ הֶאָֽח׃ | Let them turn back because of their shame who say, “Aha, Aha!” | May those who say to me, “Aha! Aha!” turn back because of their shame. | |

May those who love your salvation say evermore, “God is great!” | But may all who seek you rejoice and be glad in you; may those who long for your saving help always say, “The LORD is great!” | |
