1 And YHWH speaks to Moses, saying, The LORD spoke to Moses, saying, The LORD said to Moses,
2 “Command the sons of Israel, and you have said to them: My offering, My bread for My fire-offerings, My refreshing fragrance, you take heed to bring near to Me in its appointed time. “Command the people of Israel and say to them, ‘My offering, my food for my food offerings, my pleasing aroma, you shall be careful to offer to me at its appointed time.’ “Give this command to the Israelites and say to them: ‘Make sure that you present to me at the appointed time my food offerings, as an aroma pleasing to me.’
3 And you have said to them: This [is] the fire-offering which you bring near to YHWH: two lambs, sons of a year, perfect ones, daily, [for] a continual burnt-offering; And you shall say to them, This is the food offering that you shall offer to the LORD: two male lambs a year old without blemish, day by day, as a regular offering. Say to them: ‘This is the food offering you are to present to the LORD: two lambs a year old without defect, as a regular burnt offering each day.
4 you prepare the first lamb in the morning, and you prepare the second lamb between the evenings; The one lamb you shall offer in the morning, and the other lamb you shall offer at twilight; Offer one lamb in the morning and the other at twilight,
5 and a tenth of the ephah of flour for a present mixed with a fourth of the hin of beaten oil; also a tenth of an ephah of fine flour for a grain offering, mixed with a quarter of a hin of beaten oil. together with a grain offering of a tenth of an ephah of the finest flour mixed with a quarter of a hin of oil from pressed olives.
6 [it is] a continual burnt-offering, which was made in Mount Sinai for refreshing fragrance, [for] a fire-offering to YHWH. It is a regular burnt offering, which was ordained at Mount Sinai for a pleasing aroma, a food offering to the LORD. This is the regular burnt offering instituted at Mount Sinai as a pleasing aroma, a food offering presented to the LORD.
7 And its drink-offering [is] a fourth of the hin for one lamb; pour out a drink-offering of strong drink to YHWH in the holy place. Its drink offering shall be a quarter of a hin for each lamb. In the Holy Place you shall pour out a drink offering of strong drink to the LORD. The accompanying drink offering is to be a quarter of a hin of fermented drink with each lamb. Pour out the drink offering to the LORD at the sanctuary.
8 And you prepare the second lamb between the evenings; as the present of the morning and as its drink-offering, you prepare [it as] a fire-offering of refreshing fragrance to YHWH. The other lamb you shall offer at twilight. Like the grain offering of the morning, and like its drink offering, you shall offer it as a food offering, with a pleasing aroma to the LORD. Offer the second lamb at twilight, along with the same kind of grain offering and drink offering that you offer in the morning. This is a food offering, an aroma pleasing to the LORD.
9 And on the Sabbath day, two lambs, sons of a year, perfect ones, and two-tenth parts of flour, a present mixed with oil, and its drink-offering— “On the Sabbath day, two male lambs a year old without blemish, and two tenths of an ephah of fine flour for a grain offering, mixed with oil, and its drink offering: “’On the Sabbath day, make an offering of two lambs a year old without defect, together with its drink offering and a grain offering of two-tenths of an ephah of the finest flour mixed with olive oil.
10 the burnt-offering of the Sabbath in its Sabbath, besides the continual burnt-offering and its drink-offering. this is the burnt offering of every Sabbath, besides the regular burnt offering and its drink offering. This is the burnt offering for every Sabbath, in addition to the regular burnt offering and its drink offering.
11 And in the beginnings of your months you bring a burnt-offering near to YHWH: two bullocks, sons of the herd, and one ram, seven lambs, sons of a year, perfect ones; “At the beginnings of your months, you shall offer a burnt offering to the LORD: two bulls from the herd, one ram, seven male lambs a year old without blemish; “’On the first of every month, present to the LORD a burnt offering of two young bulls, one ram and seven male lambs a year old, all without defect.
12 and three-tenth parts of flour, a present mixed with oil, for one bullock, and two-tenth parts of flour, a present mixed with oil, for one ram; also three tenths of an ephah of fine flour for a grain offering, mixed with oil, for each bull, and two tenths of fine flour for a grain offering, mixed with oil, for the one ram; With each bull there is to be a grain offering of three-tenths of an ephah of the finest flour mixed with oil; with the ram, a grain offering of two-tenths of an ephah of the finest flour mixed with oil;
13 and a tenth—a tenth part of flour, a present mixed with oil, for one lamb, [for] a burnt-offering, a refreshing fragrance, a fire-offering to YHWH; and a tenth of fine flour mixed with oil as a grain offering for every lamb; for a burnt offering with a pleasing aroma, a food offering to the LORD. and with each lamb, a grain offering of a tenth of an ephah of the finest flour mixed with oil. This is for a burnt offering, a pleasing aroma, a food offering presented to the LORD.
14 and their drink-offerings are a half of the hin for a bullock, and a third of the hin for a ram, and a fourth of the hin for a lamb, of wine; this [is] the burnt-offering of every month for the months of the year. Their drink offerings shall be half a hin of wine for a bull, a third of a hin for a ram, and a quarter of a hin for a lamb. This is the burnt offering of each month throughout the months of the year. With each bull there is to be a drink offering of half a hin of wine; with the ram, a third of a hin; and with each lamb, a quarter of a hin. This is the monthly burnt offering to be made at each new moon during the year.
15 And one kid of the goats is prepared for a sin-offering to YHWH, besides the continual burnt-offering and its drink-offering. Also one male goat for a sin offering to the LORD; it shall be offered besides the regular burnt offering and its drink offering. Besides the regular burnt offering with its drink offering, one male goat is to be presented to the LORD as a sin offering.
16 And in the first month, on the fourteenth day of the month, [is] the Passover to YHWH; “On the fourteenth day of the first month is the LORD’s Passover, “’On the fourteenth day of the first month the LORD’s Passover is to be held.
17 and in the fifteenth day of this month [is] a festival; [for] seven days unleavened bread is eaten. and on the fifteenth day of this month is a feast. Seven days shall unleavened bread be eaten. On the fifteenth day of this month there is to be a festival; for seven days eat bread made without yeast.
18 In the first day [is] a holy convocation; you do no servile work; On the first day there shall be a holy convocation. You shall not do any ordinary work, On the first day hold a sacred assembly and do no regular work.
19 and you have brought a fire-offering near, a burnt-offering to YHWH: two bullocks, sons of the herd, and one ram, and seven lambs, sons of a year, they are perfect ones for you; but offer a food offering, a burnt offering to the LORD: two bulls from the herd, one ram, and seven male lambs a year old; see that they are without blemish; Present to the LORD a food offering consisting of a burnt offering of two young bulls, one ram and seven male lambs a year old, all without defect.
20 and their present of flour mixed with oil—you prepare three-tenth parts for a bullock and two-tenth parts for a ram; also their grain offering of fine flour mixed with oil; three tenths of an ephah shall you offer for a bull, and two tenths for a ram; With each bull offer a grain offering of three-tenths of an ephah of the finest flour mixed with oil; with the ram, two-tenths;
21 you prepare a tenth—a tenth part for one lamb, for the seven lambs, a tenth shall you offer for each of the seven lambs; and with each of the seven lambs, one-tenth.
22 and one goat [for] a sin-offering, to make atonement for you. also one male goat for a sin offering, to make atonement for you. Include one male goat as a sin offering to make atonement for you.
23 Apart from the burnt-offering of the morning, which [is] for the continual burnt-offering, you prepare these; You shall offer these besides the burnt offering of the morning, which is for a regular burnt offering. Offer these in addition to the regular morning burnt offering.
24 like these you prepare bread of a fire-offering daily [for] seven days, a refreshing fragrance to YHWH; it is prepared besides the continual burnt-offering and its drink-offering. In the same way you shall offer daily, for seven days, the food of a food offering, with a pleasing aroma to the LORD. It shall be offered besides the regular burnt offering and its drink offering. In this way present the food offering every day for seven days as an aroma pleasing to the LORD; it is to be offered in addition to the regular burnt offering and its drink offering.
25 And on the seventh day you have a holy convocation; you do no servile work. And on the seventh day you shall have a holy convocation. You shall not do any ordinary work. On the seventh day hold a sacred assembly and do no regular work.
26 And on the day of the first-fruits, in your bringing a new present near to YHWH, in your weeks, you have a holy convocation; you do no servile work. “On the day of the firstfruits, when you offer a grain offering of new grain to the LORD at your Feast of Weeks, you shall have a holy convocation. You shall not do any ordinary work, “’On the day of firstfruits, when you present to the LORD an offering of new grain during the Festival of Weeks, hold a sacred assembly and do no regular work.
27 And you have brought a burnt-offering near for refreshing fragrance to YHWH: two bullocks, sons of the herd, one ram, seven lambs, sons of a year, but offer a burnt offering, with a pleasing aroma to the LORD: two bulls from the herd, one ram, seven male lambs a year old; Present a burnt offering of two young bulls, one ram and seven male lambs a year old as an aroma pleasing to the LORD.
28 and their present, flour mixed with oil, three-tenth parts for one bullock, two-tenth parts for one ram, also their grain offering of fine flour mixed with oil, three tenths of an ephah for each bull, two tenths for one ram, With each bull there is to be a grain offering of three-tenths of an ephah of the finest flour mixed with oil; with the ram, two-tenths;
29 a tenth—a tenth part for one lamb, for the seven lambs; a tenth for each of the seven lambs; and with each of the seven lambs, one-tenth.
30 one kid of the goats to make atonement for you; with one male goat, to make atonement for you. Include one male goat to make atonement for you.
31 apart from the continual burnt-offering and its present, you prepare [them] and their drink-offerings; they are perfect ones for you.” Besides the regular burnt offering and its grain offering, you shall offer them and their drink offering. See that they are without blemish. Offer these together with their drink offerings, in addition to the regular burnt offering and its grain offering. Be sure the animals are without defect.
