1	ה֧וֹי חֹֽשְׁבֵי־ אָ֛וֶן וּפֹ֥עֲלֵי רָ֖ע עַל־ מִשְׁכְּבוֹתָ֑ם בְּא֤וֹר הַבֹּ֙קֶר֙ יַעֲשׂ֔וּהָ כִּ֥י יֶשׁ־ לְאֵ֖ל יָדָֽם׃	Woe to those who devise wickedness and work evil on their beds! When the morning dawns, they perform it, because it is in the power of their hand.	Woe to those who plan iniquity, to those who plot evil on their beds! At morning’s light they carry it out because it is in their power to do it.
2	וְחָמְד֤וּ שָׂדוֹת֙ וְגָזָ֔לוּ וּבָתִּ֖ים וְנָשָׂ֑אוּ וְעָֽשְׁקוּ֙ גֶּ֣בֶר וּבֵית֔וֹ וְאִ֖ישׁ וְנַחֲלָתֽוֹ׃ פ	They covet fields and seize them, and houses, and take them away; they oppress a man and his house, a man and his inheritance.	They covet fields and seize them, and houses, and take them. They defraud people of their homes, they rob them of their inheritance.
