5 מִֽי־ שִׁלַּ֣ח פֶּ֣רֶא חָפְשִׁ֑י וּמֹסְר֥וֹת עָ֝ר֗וֹד מִ֣י פִתֵּֽחַ׃ “Who has let the wild donkey go free? Who has loosed the bonds of the swift donkey, “Who let the wild donkey go free? Who untied its ropes?
6 אֲשֶׁר־ שַׂ֣מְתִּי עֲרָבָ֣ה בֵית֑וֹ וּֽמִשְׁכְּנוֹתָ֥יו מְלֵֽחָה׃ to whom I have given the arid plain for his home and the salt land for his dwelling place? I gave it the wasteland as its home, the salt flats as its habitat.
He scorns the tumult of the city; he hears not the shouts of the driver. It laughs at the commotion in the town; it does not hear a driver’s shout.
He ranges the mountains as his pasture, and he searches after every green thing. It ranges the hills for its pasture and searches for any green thing.
