If you exploit them in any way and they cry out to me, then I will certainly hear their cry.
"In the distant future, when you are suffering all these things, you will finally return to the LORD your God and listen to what he tells you.
I cried out to the LORD, and he answered me from his holy mountain. Interlude
For the choir director: A psalm of David, to be accompanied by stringed instruments. Answer me when I call to you, O God who declares me innocent. Free me from my troubles. Have mercy on me and hear my prayer.
But the LORD is in his holy Temple; the LORD still rules from heaven. He watches everyone closely, examining every person on earth.
The one thing I ask of the LORD--the thing I seek most--is to live in the house of the LORD all the days of my life, delighting in the LORD's perfections and meditating in his Temple.
In panic I cried out, "I am cut off from the LORD!" But you heard my cry for mercy and answered my call for help.
