Those who worship the Lord on a special day do it to honor him. Those who eat any kind of food do so to honor the Lord, since they give thanks to God before eating. And those who refuse to eat certain foods also want to please the Lord and give thanks to God.

Ang nagmamahal sa araw, ay minamahal ito sa Panginoon; at ang kumakain, ay kumakain sa Panginoon, sapagka't siya'y nagpapasalamat sa Dios; at ang hindi kumakain, ay hindi kumakain sa Panginoon, at nagpapasalamat sa Dios.

ผู้ที่ถือวันก็ถือเพื่อถวายเกียรติแด่องค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้า และผู้ที่ไม่ถือวันก็ไม่ถือเพื่อถวายเกียรติแด่องค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้า ผู้ที่กินก็กินเพื่อถวายเกียรติแด่องค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้า เพราะเขาขอบพระคุณพระเจ้า และผู้ที่มิได้กินก็มิได้กินเพื่อถวายเกียรติแด่องค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้า และยังขอบพระคุณพระเจ้า

Belli bir günü kutlayan, Rab için kutlar. Her şeyi yiyen, Tanrıya şükrederek Rab için yer. Bazı şeyleri yemeyen de Rab için yemez ve Tanrıya şükreder.
