Joshua took all these royal cities and their kings and put them to the sword. He totally destroyed them, as Moses the servant of the LORD had commanded.

Todas as cidades desses reis, bem como todos os seus reis, Josué os venceu, tomou e passou ao fio da espada declarando-os como anátema, absolutamente de acordo com as instruções que Moisés, servo do SENHOR, havia prescrito.
