I looked, but there was no one to help, I was appalled that no one gave support; so my own arm achieved salvation for me, and my own wrath sustained me.

I was amazed to see that no one intervened to help the oppressed. So I myself stepped in to save them with my strong arm, and my wrath sustained me.

I looked, but there was no one to help; I was appalled, but there was no one to uphold; so my own arm brought me salvation, and my wrath upheld me.

Ogledah se, al' ne bješe pomoćnika! Začudih se, al' ne bješe potpore. Tada mi je moja mišica pomogla i moja me srdžba poduprla.

Observei, e sequer vislumbrei uma pessoa para me apoiar! Por este motivo o meu próprio braço cooperou comigo, e na minha cólera deu-me sua ajuda.

Olhei, mas não havia quem me ajudasse; e admirei-me de não haver quem me sustivesse; pelo que o meu próprio braço me trouxe a vitória; e o meu furor é que me susteve.
