   2 kai  eidon  ōs  thalassan  ualinēn  memigmenēn  puri  kai  tous  nikōntas  ek  tou  thēriou  kai  ek  tēs  eikonos  autou  kai  ek  tou  arithmou  tou  onomatos  autou  estōtas  epi  tēn  thalassan  tēn  ualinēn  echontas  kitharas  tou  theou. 
The song of those who overcame the beast.
      megala  kai  thaumasta  ta  erga  sou, 
            kurie  o  theos  o  pantokratōr· 
         dikaiai  kai  alēthinai  ai  odoi  sou, 
            o  basileus  tōn  aiōnōn· 
         4 tis  ou  mē  phobēthē,  kurie, 
            kai  doxasei  to  onoma  sou; 
         oti  monos  osios, 
            oti  panta  ta  ethnē  ēxousin 
            kai  proskunēsousin  enōpion  sou, 
         oti  ta  dikaiōmata  sou  ephanerōthēsan. 
   5 kai  meta  tauta  eidon,  kai  ēnoigē  o  naos  tēs  skēnēs  tou  marturiou  en  tō  ouranō,  6 kai  exēlthon  oi  epta  angeloi  oi  echontes  tas  epta  plēgas  ek  tou  naou  endedumenoi  lithon  katharon  lampron  kai  periezōsmenoi  peri  ta  stēthē  zōnas  chrusas.
