The Sabbath-Rest for Christians is attained by faith.
      ōs  ōmosa  en  tē  orgē  mou· 
         ei  eiseleusontai  eis  tēn  katapausin  mou, 
kaitoi  tōn  ergōn  apo  katabolēs  kosmou  genēthentōn.  4 eirēken  gar  pou  peri  tēs  ebdomēs  outōs·  kai  katepausen  o  theos  en  tē  ēmera  tē  ebdomē  apo  pantōn  tōn  ergōn  autou,  5 kai  en  toutō  palin·  ei  eiseleusontai  eis  tēn  katapausin  mou.  6 epei  oun  apoleipetai  tinas  eiselthein  eis  autēn  kai  oi  proteron  euangelisthentes  ouk  eisēlthon  di  apeitheian,  7 palin  tina  orizei  ēmeran,  sēmeron,  en  dauid  legōn  meta  tosouton  chronon,  kathōs  proeirētai, 
      sēmeron  ean  tēs  phōnēs  autou  akousēte 
         mē  sklērunēte  tas  kardias  umōn. 
   8 ei  gar  autous  iēsous  katepausen,  ouk  an  peri  allēs  elalei  meta  tauta  ēmeras.  9 ara  apoleipetai  sabbatismos  tō  laō  tou  theou.  10 o  gar  eiselthōn  eis  tēn  katapausin  autou  kai  autos  katepausen  apo  tōn  ergōn  autou  ōsper  apo  tōn  idiōn  o  theos.  11 spoudasōmen  oun  eiselthein  eis  ekeinēn  tēn  katapausin,  ina  mē  en  tō  autō  tis  upodeigmati  pesē  tēs  apeitheias. 
The power of God's word.
By our high priest Jesus, the Son of God,
we may and must go boldly to the throne of grace.
