Sirach 31:20
Good News Translation
People who eat too much get stomach aches and cannot sleep. If you don't overeat, you can get a good night's sleep and wake up early the next morning feeling fine.

Healthy sleep depends on moderate eating; he rises early, and feels fit. The distress of sleeplessness and of nausea and colic are with the glutton.

Contemporary English Version
You will sleep well and wake up early, feeling good. But overeating causes cramps, as well as an upset stomach and sleepless nights.
