Good News Translation
A little bit is plenty for anyone with good manners. Besides, you won't be short of breath when you go to bed.

How ample a little is for a well-disciplined person! He does not breathe heavily when in bed.

Train yourself to be satisfied with a little food, and later, in bed, you will not be in pain when you try to breathe.
