Good News Translation
But if, in the future, both parties shall agree to add or remove anything, they shall act on their decision, and whatever they add or remove shall be valid.

New Revised Standard Version
If after these terms are in effect both parties shall determine to add or delete anything, they shall do so at their discretion, and any addition or deletion that they may make shall be valid.

but it can be changed, if later we both agree to do so. And any changes will be just as binding.
