1 Maccabees 8:28
Good News Translation
And to their enemies there shall not be given or supplied food, arms, money, or ships, as was agreed in Rome. The Romans must carry out their obligations without deception.

And to their enemies there shall not be given grain, arms, money, or ships, just as Rome has decided; and they shall keep these obligations and do so without deceit.

We won't supply your enemies with food, weapons, money, or ships, and we will keep our word, without any tricks.
