Purification after Childbirth

1And the Lorde spake vnto Moyses, saying: 2Speake vnto the children of Israel, and say: yf a woman hath conceaued seede, and borne a man chylde, she shalbe vncleane seuen dayes: euen according to the dayes of the seperation of her infirmitie shall she be vncleane. 3And in the eyght day, the fleshe of the childes foreskinne shalbe cut away. 4And she shall then continue in ye blood of her purifiyng three and thirtie dayes: She shall touche no halowed thyng, nor come into the sanctuarie, vntyll the tyme of her purifiyng be out. 5If she beare a mayde chylde, she shalbe vncleane two weekes, accordyng as in her seperation: and she shall continue in the blood of her purifiyng three score and sixe dayes.

6And when the dayes of her purifiyng are out, whether it be for a sonne or for a daughter, she shall bryng a lambe of one yere olde for a burnt offeryng, and a young pigeon or a turtle doue for a sinne offeryng, vnto the doore of the tabernacle of the congregation, vnto the priest: 7Which shall offer them before the Lord, and make an attonement for her, and she shalbe purged of the issue of her blood. And this is the lawe for her that hath borne a male or female. 8But and yf she be not able to bryng a lambe, she shall bryng two turtles or two young pigeons, the one for ye burnt offering, & the other for a sinne offering: And the priest shall make an attonemet for her, and she shalbe cleane.
