Yahweh Reigns!
(Psalm 99:1–9)

יְהוָ֣ה (YHWH) מָלָךְ֮ (reigns)! גֵּא֪וּת (In majesty) לָ֫בֵ֥שׁ (being clothed). לָבֵ֣שׁ (He is clothed)

יְ֭הוָה (YHWH) עֹ֣ז (with strength); הִתְאַזָּ֑ר (He has girded Himself);

אַף־ (surely) תִּכּ֥וֹן (is established) תֵּ֝בֵ֗ל (the world),

בַּל־ (no more) תִּמּֽוֹט׃ (can it be shaken).

2  נָכ֣וֹן (Is established) כִּסְאֲךָ֣ (Your throne) מֵאָ֑ז (from that time);

מֵֽעוֹלָ֣ם (from everlasting) אָֽתָּה׃ (You are).

3  נָשְׂא֤וּ (Have lifted up) נְהָר֨וֹת׀ (The floodwaters), יְֽהוָ֗ה (O YHWH),

נָשְׂא֣וּ (have lifted up) נְהָר֣וֹת (the streams) קוֹלָ֑ם (their voice);

יִשְׂא֖וּ (have lifted up) נְהָר֣וֹת (the streams) דָּכְיָֽם׃ (their breakers).

4  מִקֹּל֨וֹת׀ (More than the voices) מַ֤יִם (of waters) רַבִּ֗ים (many),

אַדִּירִ֣ים (more majestic than) מִשְׁבְּרֵי־ (the breakers) יָ֑ם (of the sea),

אַדִּ֖יר (majestic) בַּמָּר֣וֹם (on high) יְהוָֽה׃ (is YHWH).

5  עֵֽדֹתֶ֨יךָ׀ (Your testimonies) נֶאֶמְנ֬וּ (confirmed) מְאֹ֗ד (are fully);

לְבֵיתְךָ֥ (Your house) נַאֲוָה־ (is lovely) קֹ֑דֶשׁ (in holiness), יְ֝הוָ֗ה (O YHWH),

לְאֹ֣רֶךְ (for the length) יָמִֽים׃ (of days).
