Heavenly Hosts

In the book of Psalms, the psalmist declares, "Bless the LORD, all His hosts, you servants who do His will" (Psalm 103:21). In Daniel 7:10, he describes a scene of divine judgment: "A river of fire was flowing, coming out from His presence. Thousands upon thousands attended Him, and myriads upon myriads stood before Him. In the book of Joshua, the conquest of Canaan is portrayed as a divinely ordained mission, with God Himself leading the charge. Joshua 5:14-15 records a significant encounter: "Neither," He replied. "I have now come as Commander of the LORD’s army." Then Joshua fell facedown in reverence and asked Him, "What does my Lord have to say to His servant?" The Commander of the LORD’s army replied, "Take off your sandals, for the place where you are standing is holy." And Joshua did so" .
