A Favourite Lust
Esther 3:5-6
And when Haman saw that Mordecai bowed not, nor did him reverence, then was Haman full of wrath.…


And it has always been one of the devices of the enemy to drive men into criminal excesses to their own ruin, through the instrumentality of some favourite lust or appetite. It was the covetous spirit of Judas that opened a way to the tempter to hurry him on to betray the Saviour.
