17 For if, by the trespass of the one, death reigned through the one, much more will those receiving the abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness reign in life through the one, Jesus Christ! 18 So then, just as through one trespass is condemnation to all men so also through one righteous act is justification of life to all men. 19 For just as through the disobedience of the one man the many were made sinners, so also through the obedience of the One the many will be made righteous. 20 And the law entered so that the trespass might abound; but where sin abounded, grace overabounded, 21 so that, just as sin reigned in death, so also grace might reign through righteousness to eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
