1 A Psalm of David. Unto YHWH is the earth and its fullness, the world and those dwelling in it. 2 For He has founded it upon the seas, and upon the rivers He established it. 3 Who will ascend onto the hill of YHWH, or who will stand in His holy place? 4 The one clean of hands and pure of heart, who has not lifted up his soul to vanity, and has not sworn by deceit.
