1 Hallelu YAH! For it is good to praise our God—how pleasant and beautiful is praise! 2 The One building up Jerusalem is YHWH, and He gathers together the exiles of Israel, 3 giving healing to the broken of heart, and binding up their wounds, 4 Appointing the number of the stars—for all of them He calls by names. 5 Great is our Lord, and abundant in power; of His understanding there is no numbering! 6 YHWH restores the humble; He casts down the wicked to the ground. 7 Sing to YHWH with thanksgiving; make music to our God on the harp, 8 to the One covering the heavens with clouds, the One preparing rain for the earth, the One making grass sprout on the hills, 9 giving to the beast its food, and to the young of the ravens that call out.
