4 YHWH is is in His holy temple; YHWH—in the heavens is His throne. His eyes are watching, His eyelids examine the sons of man. 5 YHWH tests the righteous, and His soul hates the wicked one and the lover of violence. 6 May He rain down coals upon the wicked, fire and brimstone; and a burning wind is the portion of their cup. 7 For YHWH is righteous; He loves righteousness; the upright one will see His face.
