18 At the mouth of YHWH the sons of Israel would journey, and at the mouth of YHWH they would camp. All the days that the cloud remained above the tabernacle, they camped. 19 And when the cloud continued long above the tabernacle many days, the sons of Israel kept the charge of YHWH and did not journey. 20 And it was, when the cloud was a few days above the tabernacle, according to the command of YHWH, that they would remain encamped. And according to the mouth of YHWH they would journey. 21 And it was, when the cloud remained only from evening until morning, and the cloud was taken up in the morning, that they would journey. Whether by day or by night, whenever the cloud was taken up, they would journey. 22 Whether it was two days or a month or a year that the cloud remained above the tabernacle, remaining over it, the sons of Israel camped and did not journey; and when it was lifted up, they would journey. 23 At the mouth of YHWH they remained encamped, and at the mouth of YHWH they journeyed; they kept the charge of YHWH, at the mouth of YHWH by the hand of Moses.
