26 But if the manslayer ever goes outside the limits of the city of refuge, where there he fled, 27 and the avenger of blood finds him outside the limits of the city of his refuge, and the avenger of blood kills the manslayer, he shall not be guilty of blood, 28 because in his city of refuge he should have remained until the death of the high priest.
