7 When Sanballat (strength) and Tobiah (YHWH is good), together with the Arabs, Ammonites, and Ashdodites (I will spoil), heard that the repair to the walls of Jerusalem (city of peace) was progressing and that the gaps were being closed, they were furious, 8 and all of them conspired to come and fight against Jerusalem (city of peace) and create a hindrance. 9 So we prayed to our God {Elohenu} and posted a guard against them day and night.
