3 These are the heads of the provinces who settled in Jerusalem (city of peace). (In the villages of Judah, however (praised), each lived on his own property in their towns—the Israelites (God prevails), priests, Levites, temple servants {Nethinim}, and descendants of Solomon’s (peace) servants—

4 while some of the descendants of Judah (praised) and Benjamin (son of the right hand) settled in Jerusalem (city of peace).) From the descendants of Judah: Athaiah (YHWH has helped) son of Uzziah (my strength is YHWH), the son of Zechariah (YHWH remembers), the son of Amariah (YHWH has promised), the son of Shephatiah (YHWH has judged), the son of Mahalalel (the blessed of God), a descendant of Perez (breaking out);
