63 Lord, we remember that that deceiver, while yet living, said, After three days I will rise. 64 Command therefore that the tomb be made safe until the third day, lest His disciples having come, may steal Him away, and say to the people, He is risen from the dead: and the last error shall be worse than the first. 65 Pilate said to them, You have a watch: go, make it safe as you know. 66 And having gone, they secured the tomb, sealing the stone, with the guard.
