1 AFTER these things, Jesus selected from his disciples seventy others, and he sent them two by two before his face, to every place and city to which he was to go. 2 And he said to them, The harvest is great, and the laborers are few; ask therefore the owner of the harvest, to bring out laborers to his harvest. 3 Go forth; behold, I send you as lambs among wolves.
