26 In the sixth month, God {Theou} sent the angel (messenger) Gabriel (God is my strong man) to a town in Galilee (circuit) called Nazareth (branch), 27 to a virgin pledged in marriage to a man named Joseph (he will add), who was of the house of David (beloved).
