1 “ And if a soul sins and hears the voice of an oath, and he is a witness, whether he has seen or he has known, if he does not tell, then he shall bear his iniquity. 2 Or if a soul touches any unclean thing, whether the carcass of an unclean beast or the carcass of unclean livestock or the carcass of an unclean swarming thing, and it is hidden from him, then he is unclean and guilty. 3 Or if he touches uncleanness of man, according to all his uncleanness by which he becomes unclean, and it is hidden from him, and he realizes it, then he shall be guilty. 4 Or if a soul swears, to utter with his lips to do evil or to do good, according to all that the man utters by an oath, and it is hidden from him, and he realizes it, then he shall be guilty in one of these. 5 And it shall be, when he is guilty in one of these, that he shall confess that he has sinned in it.
