13 Now if the whole congregation of Israel errs, and the matter is hidden from the eyes of the assembly, and they do one from all the commandments of YHWH which are not to be done, and they are guilty, 14 and the sin that they have sinned against it becomes known, then the assembly shall bring near a young bull, a son of the herd, for a sin offering, and they shall bring it before the face of the Tent of Meeting. 15 And the elders of the congregation shall lay their hands on the head of the bull before the face of YHWH, and the bull shall be slaughtered before the face of YHWH.
