1 “ And if his offering is a sacrifice of peace offerings, if he is bringing near from the herd, whether male or female, he shall bring it near unblemished before the face of YHWH. 2 And he shall lay his hand on the head of his offering, and he shall slaughter it at the door of the Tent of Meeting, and the sons of Aaron, the priests, shall sprinkle the blood on the altar all around. 3 And he shall bring near from the sacrifice of the peace offerings a fire offering to YHWH: The fat that is covering the entrails, and all the fat that is on the entrails, 4 and the two kidneys, and the fat that is on them, that is on the flanks, and the lobe of the liver above the kidneys, which he shall remove. 5 And the sons of Aaron shall burn it on the altar upon the burnt offering which is on the wood that is on the fire, it is a fire offering, a pleasing aroma to YHWH.
