13 Then the Pharisees said to him: You testify concerning yourself; your testimony is not worthy of credit. 14 Jesus answered and said to them: Though I testify concerning myself, my testimony is worthy of credit; for I know whence I came, and whither I go. But you know not whence I came, and whither I go. 15 You judge according to the flesh; I judge no man. 16 And yet if I judge, my judgment is true, because I am not alone, but I and the Father who sent me. 17 It is also written in your law, The testimony of two is worthy of credit. 18 I am one that testify concerning myself, and the Father who sent me, testifies of me. 19 Then they said to him: Where is your Father? Jesus answered: You know neither me, nor my Father. If you had known me, you would have known my Father also. John 8:13-19, Anderson New Testament. Public domain.
