3 Then Peter and the other disciple went out, and came to the tomb. 4 And the two ran together; and the other disciple outran Peter, and came first to the tomb; 5 and he stooped down and saw the linen cloths lying, but he did not go in. 6 Then came Simon Peter, following him; and he went into the tomb, and saw the linen cloths lying, 7 and the handkerchief that had been on his head, not lying with the linen cloths, but folded in a place by itself. 8 Then, therefore, the other disciple, who came first to the tomb, went in, and saw, and believed.
