6 And Elihu the son of Barachel the Buzite answered and said, Because I am younger than you in days and you are old, therefore I was afraid, and did not dare to show you my knowledge. 7 For I said, Days should speak, and the multitude of years should teach wisdom. 8 Truly, there is a spirit in men; and the breath of the Almighty gives them understanding. 9 It is not age that makes men wise; nor do the aged always understand judgment.
