22 Therefore the LORD {YHWH} who redeemed Abraham (father of many) says of the house of Jacob (he grasps the heel): “No longer will Jacob be ashamed and no more will his face grow pale. 23 For when he sees his children around him, the work of My hands, they will honor My name, they will sanctify the Holy One of Jacob (he grasps the heel), and they will stand in awe of the God {Elohe} of Israel (he wrestles with God). 24 Then the wayward in spirit {ruach} will come to understanding, and those who grumble will accept instruction.” Isaiah 29:22-24, Berean Annotated Bible.
