3 And His delight is in the fear of YHWH, and by the sight of His eyes He will not judge, and not by the hearing of his ears He will decide. 4 And He will judge the lowly with righteousness, and He will decide with straightness for the poor of the earth; and He will strike the earth with the rod of His mouth, and with the breath of His lips He will slay the wicked. 5 And righteousness will be the girdle of His waist, and faithfulness the girdle of His loins.
