12 He will raise a banner for the nations and gather the exiles of Israel (he wrestles with God); He will collect the scattered of Judah (praised) from the four corners of the earth. 13 Then the jealousy of Ephraim (the northern kingdom of Israel) will depart, and the adversaries (hostility) of Judah (praised) will be cut off.
