13 Thus says the Lord YHWH: “These are the borders by which you⁺ shall divide as an inheritance the land among the twelve tribes of Israel. Joseph shall have portions, 14 and you⁺ shall divide it one with another, for I lifted up My hand to give it to your⁺ fathers, and this land will fall to you⁺ as an inheritance. 15 And this is the border of the land on the side of the north, from the Great Sea, by the way of Hethlon, through Lebo-hamath to Zedad, 16 Berothah, and Sibraim, which is between the border of Damascus and between the border of Hamath; Hazar-Hatticon, which is on the border of Hauran. 17 And will be the boundary from the Sea to Hazar-enan, the border of Damascus and to the north, to the north, and the border of Hamath. And this is the side to the north. 18 And on the side of the east from between Hauran, and between Damascus, and between Gilead, and between the land of Israel, along the Jordan; from this border to the Eastern Sea as far as Tamar. And this is the side of the east. 19 And the side of the Negev toward the south: From Tamar unto the waters of Meribah Kadesh, along the brook of Egypt to the Great Sea. And this is the side of the Negev toward the south. 20 And on the side of the west, the Great Sea, from the border until over against the coming in Hamath. This is the side of the west.
