18 Thus says the Lord YHWH: ‘In the first month, on the first of the month, you shall take a bull, a son of the herd, unblemished, and you shall cleanse from sin the sanctuary. 19 And the priest shall take from the blood of the sin offering, and put it onto the doorposts of the temple, and onto the four corners of the ledge of the altar, and onto the doorposts of the gate of the inner court. 20 And so you shall do on the seventh of the month, for each man who errs and is ignorant, and you⁺ will make atonement for the temple.
