1 “Listen, O heavens, and I will speak; And let the earth hear the words of my mouth. 2 “Let my teaching drop as the rain, My speech distill as the dew, As the light rain upon the tender grass, And as the spring showers upon the herb. 3 “For I proclaim the name [and presence] of the LORD; Ascribe greatness and honor to our God! 4 “The Rock!
