25 In the twelfth year of the reign of Joram (YHWH is exalted) son of Ahab (father's brother) over Israel (he wrestles with God), Ahaziah (YHWH holds) son of Jehoram became king of Judah (praised). 26 Ahaziah (YHWH holds) was twenty-two years old when he became king, and he reigned in Jerusalem (city of peace) one year. His mother’s name was Athaliah (afflicted of YHWH), the granddaughter of Omri (pupil of YHWH) king of Israel (he wrestles with God). 27 And Ahaziah walked in the ways of the house of Ahab (father's brother) and did evil in the sight of the LORD {YHWH} like the house of Ahab, for he was a son-in-law of the house of Ahab. 2 Kings 8:25-27, Berean Annotated Bible.
