21 For He tore Israel from the house of David, and they made king Jeroboam son of Nebat. And Jeroboam drove away Israel from following YHWH, and he made them sin a great sin. 22 For the sons of Israel walked in all the sins of Jeroboam that he did. They did not depart from them 23 until that YHWH turned aside Israel from His presence, as He had said by all His servants the prophets.
