I will praise thee, O lord, with my whole heart: for thou hast heard the words of my mouth. I will sing praise to thee in the sight of his angels: I give you thanks, O LORD, with my whole heart; before the gods I sing your praise; Of David. I will praise you, LORD, with all my heart; before the “gods” I will sing your praise.
I will worship towards thy holy temple, and I will give glory to thy name. For thy mercy, and for thy truth: for thou hast magnified thy holy name above all. I bow down toward your holy temple and give thanks to your name for your steadfast love and your faithfulness, for you have exalted above all things your name and your word. I will bow down toward your holy temple and will praise your name for your unfailing love and your faithfulness, for you have so exalted your solemn decree that it surpasses your fame.
In what day soever I shall call upon thee, hear me: thou shall multiply strength in my soul. On the day I called, you answered me; my strength of soul you increased. When I called, you answered me; you greatly emboldened me.
May all the kings of the earth give glory to thee: for they have heard all the words of thy mouth. All the kings of the earth shall give you thanks, O LORD, for they have heard the words of your mouth, May all the kings of the earth praise you, LORD, when they hear what you have decreed.
And let them sing in the ways of the Lord: for great is the glory of the Lord. and they shall sing of the ways of the LORD, for great is the glory of the LORD. May they sing of the ways of the LORD, for the glory of the LORD is great.
For the Lord is high, and looketh on the low: and the high he knoweth afar off. For though the LORD is high, he regards the lowly, but the haughty he knows from afar. Though the LORD is exalted, he looks kindly on the lowly; though lofty, he sees them from afar.
If I shall walk in the midst of tribulation, thou wilt quicken me: and thou hast stretched forth thy hand against the wrath of my enemies: and thy right hand hath saved me. Though I walk in the midst of trouble, you preserve my life; you stretch out your hand against the wrath of my enemies, and your right hand delivers me. Though I walk in the midst of trouble, you preserve my life. You stretch out your hand against the anger of my foes; with your right hand you save me.
The Lord will repay for me: thy mercy, O Lord, endureth for ever: O despise not the work of thy hands. The LORD will fulfill his purpose for me; your steadfast love, O LORD, endures forever. Do not forsake the work of your hands. The LORD will vindicate me; your love, LORD, endures forever— do not abandon the works of your hands.
