27 Withhold not good from its owners, When thy hand is toward God to do it. Do not withhold good from those to whom it is due, when it is in your power to do it. Do not withhold good from those to whom it is due, when it is in your power to act.
28 Say not thou to thy friend, 'Go, and return, and to-morrow I give,' And substance with thee. Do not say to your neighbor, “Go, and come again, tomorrow I will give it”—when you have it with you. Do not say to your neighbor, “Come back tomorrow and I’ll give it to you|— when you already have it with you.
