19 יְֽהוָ֗ה בְּחָכְמָ֥ה יָֽסַד־ אָ֑רֶץ כּוֹנֵ֥ן שָׁ֝מַ֗יִם בִּתְבוּנָֽה׃ The LORD by wisdom founded the earth; by understanding he established the heavens; By wisdom the LORD laid the earth’s foundations, by understanding he set the heavens in place;
20 בְּ֭דַעְתּוֹ תְּהוֹמ֣וֹת נִבְקָ֑עוּ וּ֝שְׁחָקִ֗ים יִרְעֲפוּ־ טָֽל׃ by his knowledge the deeps broke open, and the clouds drop down the dew. by his knowledge the watery depths were divided, and the clouds let drop the dew.
